Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between your company and Boomkit when you create a brand account or buy a package of views. Please read them. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@boomkit.app before you buy.

1. Who we are

Boomkit is run by Boomkit LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Boomkit”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the company or person that creates a brand account or buys a package.

By creating an account or paying for a package, you agree to these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company. Creators who post for Boomkit have a separate creator agreement; these terms are for brands.

2. What Boomkit does

Boomkit sells organic views by the package. When you buy a package, trained creators make brand-new TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts for your app and post short videos about it. A strategist trains the creators on your app and keeps the content sharp. Your dashboard shows the views as they come in, along with every video and every creator.

Boomkit does not run paid ads for you. We promise counted views, as described in these terms. We do not promise installs, sign-ups, sales, revenue or any other result.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us right away at hello@boomkit.app if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Packages and payment

  • Prices are on the site. Each package is a set number of views for a one-time price, shown before you pay. Packages of 10M views or more are priced on a call.
  • You pay once, up front, in US dollars, by bank transfer (ACH) or by card. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or bank login.
  • Bank transfer has no fee. A bank transfer takes a few business days to clear. You can fill in your brief right away, and your campaign starts once the payment clears. If your bank returns the payment, the order is canceled and nothing is owed.
  • Card payments carry a processing fee that covers our card costs. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay and is listed on your receipt. It is not charged on debit or prepaid cards: if you use one, we refund the fee automatically. It is also not charged where a state does not allow card surcharges.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include sales or similar taxes. If any apply, you pay them.
  • Larger packages. For large or custom packages we may ask you to pay by bank transfer or invoice.
  • Buying more. You can buy more views from your dashboard at any time. Each purchase is its own package under these terms, with its own delivery guarantee.

5. Starting your campaign

After you pay, you fill in a short brief: your app, your audience, your countries, your guidelines, how creators can access the app, where viewers should go, your assets, a contact and your timing. Your creators then make fresh accounts and start posting, usually within a few days.

Your 60-day delivery period starts on the day we receive your completed brief, including any access creators need (such as a demo login or promo code). If you ask us to start later, it starts on that date instead.

6. What counts as a view

Only counted views go toward your package. A view is counted only if all of these are true:

  • It comes from a country you chose. When you buy, you pick your target countries. Views from anywhere else do not count. We use each platform’s own analytics for every account to see where views come from.
  • It is on a video built around your app. Your app has to be what the video is about. It does not have to appear in the first seconds; in a story or a skit it might come in 30 to 45 seconds in. Reposted viral clips with your logo added do not count, and neither does any video that breaks your guidelines or is not labeled as a paid partnership.
  • It is real. We check every video for bot, fake and suspicious views, using automated tools and our own review. Those views never count, and we remove creators who fake views.
  • It happens within 30 days of the post. We count each video’s views for 30 days after it is posted. Views after that do not count toward your package, and you are never charged for them.
  • The video is still up. If a video is taken down (because you asked, because we did, or because a platform removed it), its views stop counting toward your package. We keep posting to make up the difference.

If the same video is posted on more than one platform, each post’s counted views go toward your package.

Your dashboard shows counted views as we read them from the platforms, and the numbers can update through the day as platforms report new data. If you think a number is wrong, tell us within 30 days after your campaign ends and we will look into it with you.

7. The 60-day delivery guarantee

We guarantee your package’s views within 60 days.

  • If we are short at day 60, we keep posting for free for up to 30 more days.
  • If we are still short after those 30 days, we refund the share of your package we did not deliver. For example, if you bought 5M views for $30,000 and we delivered 4.5M, we are 10% short, so we refund $3,000.
  • We send refunds to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.

The guarantee periods are extended by any time we lose because of you, such as a late or incomplete brief, missing app access, a pause you ask for, or a takedown request that needs us to replace videos. The guarantee does not apply if we end your campaign because you broke these terms.

8. When your campaign ends

Your campaign ends as soon as your counted views reach your package, whether that is day 25 or day 60. We then stop posting new videos. Videos already posted will keep getting views for a while. Those extra views are free: you are never billed for views past your package.

9. Content, guidelines and takedowns

  • No pre-approval. You do not approve videos before they go up. Instead you give us your guidelines up front in your brief: what to say and not say, claims to avoid, required legal lines, competitors not to mention and your tone. Creators follow them.
  • Creative is ours. We and our creators choose the formats, hooks and stories.
  • Takedowns. You can ask us to take down any video at any time by emailing us or messaging the contact named in your brief. We aim to remove it within one business day. A takedown is not a reason for a refund; we replace the views by posting more.

10. The accounts and the videos

  • Accounts. The social accounts made for your campaign are created by our creators and controlled by Boomkit. We hold the logins. An account made for your app is never used to post for another brand.
  • Videos. Boomkit and its creators own the videos. You may share, link to and repost them on your own organic social channels, as long as the creator stays credited.
  • Ads. You may not use the videos in paid ads (including boosting, Spark Ads, whitelisting, or cutting them into ads) unless we agree in writing first, because creators have only agreed to organic posting.
  • After the campaign. Videos stay up after your campaign ends unless you ask us to remove them.

11. Your responsibilities

  • Give us an accurate, complete brief and keep it up to date.
  • Own or have permission to use everything you give us: your app, name, logos, screenshots and other assets. You give Boomkit and its creators permission to use them to make and post videos for your campaign, for as long as those videos stay up.
  • Make sure every claim in your brief is true, can be backed up, and is legal to make. Tell us about any legal lines that must appear.
  • Make sure your app follows the law, the app stores’ rules and the rules of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Give creators the access they need (such as a demo login or promo code) and answer our questions in reasonable time.
  • Do not ask creators to hide that they are paid, or to say anything untrue.

12. Apps we don’t work with

We do not run campaigns for:

  • gambling, casinos or sports betting
  • prediction markets
  • adult content or services
  • illegal products or services, or anything the platforms do not allow to be promoted

We may decline any app. If we learn after you pay that your app falls into one of these groups, we may end the campaign and refund the share of your package we have not delivered.

13. Disclosure

Every video is labeled as a paid partnership, using each platform’s branded content tools (such as TikTok’s branded content toggle) and a clear label in the post where needed. This is required by law, including the FTC’s rules on endorsements. A video without the label does not count toward your package.

14. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

  • Before posting starts, you can cancel and get a full refund, minus Stripe’s processing fee.
  • Once posting starts, packages are not refundable, except under the delivery guarantee or if we end your campaign for a reason that is not your fault.
  • Chargebacks. If something is wrong, please email us first and we will work it out. If you file a chargeback for views we delivered, we may pause your campaign and dashboard while it is resolved.

15. Creators

Creators are independent contractors. Boomkit finds them, trains them and pays them; you never pay a creator. Creators are not your employees or ours, and they cannot make promises for Boomkit. During your campaign and for 6 months after it ends, please do not hire a Boomkit creator you met through us for similar work without asking us first.

16. Using the dashboard

We give you access to your dashboard for as long as you have an account. Please do not share your login outside your company, copy or scrape the site, try to break or get around its security, or use it to build a competing product.

17. Confidentiality

We keep your brief and any private information you give us confidential. We share it only with the creators and strategist on your campaign and the service providers we need to run it. We will not name you publicly as a client, or publish a case study about your campaign, without your permission.

18. No other promises

Apart from the promises in these terms, the service is provided as it is. Platforms change how they show videos, and they can limit or remove accounts. We cannot promise how any single video will do, only the counted views covered by the guarantee.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Boomkit’s total liability for any claim about a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities. This does not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

20. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against Boomkit or its creators because of your app, your assets, the claims in your brief, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

21. Suspension and termination

  • You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Refunds follow section 14.
  • We may pause or end your campaign or account if you break these terms, do not pay, your app is one we do not work with, or continuing would put us, our creators or the accounts at legal or platform risk.
  • If we end a campaign for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the share of your package we have not delivered.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, email you. A package you have already bought stays under the terms that applied when you bought it.

23. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If we disagree about something, we will first try to sort it out together: email us and give us 30 days to fix it. If we cannot, the dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Salt Lake County, Utah, and both of us agree to those courts.

24. General

  • These terms, plus anything you accept at checkout, are the whole agreement between us about packages.
  • If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as platform outages or changes to platform rules.
  • You may not transfer these terms without our written permission. We may transfer them if Boomkit is sold or reorganized.
  • If we do not enforce part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • We send notices to the email on your account. You send them to hello@boomkit.app.
